How Prompt One collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Prompt One, Inc. (“Prompt One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at www.promptone.ai (the “Site”), communicate with us, or use our self-serve platform for building and running enterprise workflow agents and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and account information such as your name, business email address, company name, job title, and phone number when you request a demo, join a cohort, create an account, or contact us.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and survey responses.
  • Application configuration such as the natural-language requirements, data source connections, and settings that account administrators create when using the platform.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from identity and single sign-on providers you use to authenticate, and from analytics, marketing, and business-partner sources, consistent with those providers’ terms and applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site and Services;
  • Authenticate users and administer accounts;
  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support needs;
  • Send administrative, transactional, and (where permitted) marketing communications;
  • Understand how the Site and Services are used so we can improve them;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf—such as cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer relationship management—under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
  • Advertising and measurement partners. We use Google advertising services to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you submit a form on the Site (for example, a demo request), we may share a hashed, pseudonymous version of the contact information you provide (such as your email address) with Google for conversion measurement (“enhanced conversions”). The raw values are hashed in your browser before transmission and are used to measure ad performance, not shared with other advertisers.
  • Professional advisors and authorities. When required to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prompt One, our customers, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Retention of Customer Data is governed by our agreement with the relevant customer.

5. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Prompt One’s platform is built on a security-by-construction model: customer agents run in isolated, sandboxed environments, and access to enterprise data is enforced through identity-aware controls and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Learn more on our Security page.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Portability of information you provided to us;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent; and
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

California residents. We do not sell personal information. Our use of advertising cookies and measurement services described in Section 7 may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law; you may opt out of such sharing by contacting us at info@promptone.ai or by adjusting your cookie settings as described in Section 7. You may exercise these rights, or use an authorized agent to do so, without discrimination.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage. We use Google Tag Manager and associated analytics services to collect aggregated information about how visitors interact with the Site.

We also advertise our Services online and use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand when visitors arrive at the Site from our advertisements and take actions such as requesting a demo. As part of this, we use Google’s enhanced conversions feature, which shares a hashed version of information you submit in forms on the Site (such as your email address) with Google to improve measurement accuracy, as described in Section 3.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies for personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
